Poses like Anjanayasana (Kneeling Warrior Pose) can be a low-impact way to open us up and accept the peace that we feel in the moment. Our spine is long, our chest is expanding and our hip is open through the back leg extension. These three alignments allow for our breath and energy to flow with ease
