Mady McCabe has been moving for as long as she can remember! Taking dance from a young age, she has always been excited about discovering creatively fulfilling ways to activate the body. In college, she found new forms of movement, such as the Alexander Technique and Suzuki, and learned that the only way to a healthy body was through a healthy mind. Instilling this principle in her personal yoga practice, Mady hopes that each child who leaves her class feels grateful for the bodies they have. When not teaching, Mady can be found producing, acting, or directing shows throughout Chicago!
